About

From someone who has survived End Stage organ failure, twice in his early-20, to an Entrepreneur or CEO who built a leading IT Recruitment and IT Training company, Venturenix and Venturenix LAB.

He was very close to death during his critical illness period, and very close to bankruptcy, several times during his early entrepreneur journey as he spent most of his savings on medical treatment, while the economy was hit seriously during the infant stage and early scale-up stage of Venturenix.

Venturenix is a bootstrap start-up. It is now a Recruitment firm with 160+ staff and IT contractors.

Venturenix LAB, an IT Training brand of Venturenix has trained over 400 IT professionals for the market as of May 2023.

Dicky’s ability to tailor his message to the challenges that your staff, sales team, management team faces daily is so powerful not only because he is experienced in delivering this, but also because he has walked the talk, not just adversity but also a life threatening one, not just once but twice in his life.

Dicky will share his inspiring story of overcoming adversity to achieve exceptional outcomes in both his personal and professional life. He has spent over 20% of his time traveling back and forth, and staying in hospital, between 22 years old - 32 years old, the stage of life which a young person looks forward to the most. After receiving his second organ transplant, he decides to take a leap of faith, by signing the Venturenix Business registration document at the Hospital ward, the place that saved his life twice over these 10 years.
